Vice President – Enterprise Sales
Location: Noida / Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid)Company: Webyne Data Center Pvt. Ltd.Experience: 10–18 YearsCTC: Competitive + Performance Bonus + ESOP (for exceptional candidates)---About the RoleWe are looking for a high-impact VP – Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our enterprise revenue engine. The ideal candidate has deep experience in cloud, data center, hosting, SaaS or IT infrastructure sales and a proven track record of closing large enterprise accounts across India.You will build and lead a high-performance sales organisation, drive enterprise partnerships, and expand our footprint across BFSI, IT/ITeS, SaaS, fintech, manufacturing, and government verticals.---Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the Enterprise Sales P&L, revenue growth and sales strategy.Build, manage, and mentor a pan-India enterprise sales team.Develop strong CXO-level relationships (CIO/CTO/IT Heads).Drive acquisition of large enterprise accounts for:Dedicated ServersCloud SolutionsData Center ColocationPrivate Cloud / HA CloudGPU Cloud / HPCBackup, DR & Security SolutionsCreate structured enterprise sales playbooks, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop customised enterprise solutions.Lead RFP/RFQ responses, contract negotiation, and enterprise pricing.Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, ISPs, and technology integrators.Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets with strong discipline and execution.---Skills & Qualifications10–18 years of enterprise sales experience in data center, cloud, hosting, IT infra or managed services.Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of closing ₹2–50 Cr+ enterprise deals annually.Strong understanding of cloud, servers, networking, cybersecurity, and data center offerings.Excellent communication, negotiation & CXO-relationship management.High analytical ability with understanding of sales forecasting and P&L.Ability to build, inspire and lead high-performing teams.MBA preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional performers.---What We OfferOpportunity to lead enterprise growth at one of India’s fastest-growing data center & cloud companies.Highly competitive salary + performance incentives.Fast-track leadership environment directly working with founders.Freedom to build your own team & strategy.CTC: ₹42–55 LPABreakupFixed Pay: ₹28–35 LPAVariable Incentives: ₹12–18 LPA
