Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. The VP – Enterprise Sales will own the responsibility for revenue generation and target achievement. The role involves developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding enterprise relationships.


Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing prospects, leading high-stakes client meetings and sales presentations, negotiating strategic contracts, conducting market and competitive analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and client retention. The ideal candidate is highly performance-oriented, thrives in target-driven environments, and is comfortable working towards aggressive growth goals with accountability.


Key Expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing enterprise-level sales strategies

    within IT Services / Consulting (not SaaS products).

  • Strong leadership and ability to mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Advanced client relationship management, negotiation, and account expansion capability.
  • Excellent understanding of digital transformation and custom technology solutions.
  • Analytical mindset to capture market trends and convert them into strategic opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
