Vice President Business Operations

As the Vice President Business Operations at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing operational, strategic, and revenue-driven functions within our Software and EdTech verticals. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end business operations, aligning execution with strategic goals, and implementing frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. In addition to leading national and regional sales strategies, you will mentor Business Development Managers to exceed revenue targets, drive expansion into new markets, and cultivate key accounts. Your role will also involve defining and executing long-term strategic plans, collaborating with leadership to prioritize initiatives, and developing tactical plans for achieving business milestones. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our visibility and credibility in the Software and EdTech sectors. Leading digital media activities, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance through data analytics tools will also be key aspects of your role. You will supervise business performance across all verticals through dashboards and regular reporting, analyze KPIs and metrics to drive informed decisions, and promote continuous learning and innovation within the organization. Your expertise in process optimization, customer relationship management, market analysis, budget and resource management, team development, compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be crucial to your success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related fields, along with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business operations, preferably in software, SaaS, or EdTech environments. Your proven success in leading sales teams, managing large-scale operations, and executing complex strategies, coupled with your expertise in CRM tools, BI dashboards, digital marketing platforms, and workflow tools, will be instrumental in driving the organization's growth and success.
