.In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between NetCom Learning and its technology partners — identifying new opportunities, ensuring ecosystem alignment, and driving joint business success. Simply put, you’ll work

— representing their ecosystem goals, enablement needs, and growth priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage strong relationships with key vendor stakeholders across Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, and AI certification programs.
- Understand vendor partnership models, enablement programs, and competency requirements to help NetCom maintain top partner status.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies and GTM plans aligned with vendor and business objectives.
- Identify pre-requisites and accreditations needed to strengthen NetCom’s positioning within each vendor ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design co-branded campaigns and drive new business opportunities.
- Track performance, conversion rates, and ROI through structured reporting and analytics.
- Lead recruitment, development, and mentoring of vendor-aligned teams to scale operations effectively.
Who We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in vendor management, strategic partnerships, or alliance roles within the technology or training ecosystem.
- Proven experience working with or within Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, or similar vendor ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of partner program structures, certifications, competencies, and enablement frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in building GTM plans, driving partner-led revenue, and increasing conversion rates.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a data-driven decision-making approach.
