Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Vault applications, including hands-on experience in Vault configuration, integration, validation, and migration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes and regulatory compliance. This position is based in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Configure and maintain clinical study workflows, including Study, Country, and Site workflows.
  • Enable investigator management, site monitoring, visit tracking, and trip reporting within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Support sponsor/CRO collaboration and study milestone tracking to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Integrate CTMS with Vault eTMF or external systems for data consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Veeva technical team to resolve issues or implement new features related to Veeva Vault ClinOps products.
  • Manage change requests, configurations, and enhancements in Vault applications to meet business needs.
  • Assess the impact of periodic upgrades and support implementing all upgraded features.
  • Guide business decisions and priorities when proposing resolution strategies for encountered issues.
  • Experience supporting ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, etc., and working on L2 support.
  • Experience in ITIL process.
Job Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of Configurations in Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Suite, particularly in Veeva CTMS & Veeva eTMF.
  • Understand business requirements and propose and design technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Experience in Clinical Trial data and processes across pharmaceuticals, specifically relating to Clinical studies.
  • Ability to integrate CTMS with Vault eTMF or external systems for data consistency and accuracy.
  • Experience with supporting ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, etc., and working on L2 support.
  • Experience in ITIL process.
