Job Description

In the Nokia Digital Office User Experience unit, the Value Stream Mapping Manager focuses on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the User Experience organization and processes, in order to improve user satisfaction, optimize costs and increase speed of any delivery to the Nokia business organizations. The role will then expand to the full Digital Office scope. Technical skills are expected in the IT area. You have Bachelors degree in engineering/IT or equivalent with 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Telecom/IT with leadership roles. Expertise in processes, methodologies, tools, and process creation to enable and simplify operations. Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills with strategic thinking in culture, business processes, and technology. Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments at all levels, steer and coordinate people, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent presentation, structured approach, communication, and interpersonal skills, both remote and in-person. Experience in leading virtual teams is a plus. Proficiency in IT infrastructure (End User Services, Networking, Enterprise Computing, Applications, Data Management), cost management, risk management, quality management, knowledge management, and analytics. It would be nice if you also had Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools ITIL V4 expert certification Six Sigma Align processes with strategic goals and support strategic decision making Identify value and waste in the User Experience organization unit (to be expanded to the full Digital Office organization in a second step) Improve process efficiency, enhancing user satisfaction Enable data-driven improvements Reduce costs, facilitate continuous improvement Enhance collaboration and communication across multiple units within unit and other support functions within Nokia Standardize best practices Active collaboration with IT Digital Office teams, ensuring process adherence and collaboration to process and operational or tactical Governance.
