What You Will Work On
user research, interaction design, visual design, and product execution
User Research & Problem Discovery
- Understand real user personas across candidates, recruiters, and enterprise clients.
- Study existing workflows, pain points, and usability gaps across the platform.
- Assist in conducting user interviews, feedback reviews, and usability evaluations.
- Translate insights into clear design problems and opportunities.
UX Design & Interaction Workflows
- Design end-to-end user journeys, flows, and wireframes for new and existing features.
- Improve usability, clarity, and efficiency across complex enterprise workflows.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for rapid iteration.
- Ensure logical information architecture and intuitive navigation.
UI Design & Visual Systems
- Design clean, consistent, and scalable UI components.
- Contribute to and extend the existing design system.
- Ensure visual consistency across web interfaces and dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Collaboration & Product Iteration
- Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Partner with engineers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iteration cycles.
- Support design QA by reviewing implemented screens and flows.
Documentation & Design Execution
- Maintain design files, component libraries, and interaction notes.
- Document design rationale, user flows, and usability considerations.
- Support release cycles by updating designs and refining experiences post-launch.

Preferred background (not mandatory):
- Experience using
Figma
(required) - Exposure to wireframing, prototyping, and basic design systems
- Understanding of usability principles and UX best practices
- Any portfolio, case study, or personal project work (academic or personal)
