UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our Publishing tools across different platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, elegant, and effective solutions that delight our users and achieve business goals. ResponsibilitiesConduct User Research: Plan and execute a variety of user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development, to uncover user needs and pain points. Create and Iterate on Designs: Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers to define product requirements, engineers to ensure technical feasibility, and marketing/support teams to understand the full user journey. Advocate for the User: Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the product lifecycle. Present and defend design decisions based on user research and design principles. Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products. Analyze and Optimize: Use data and analytics to measure the success of design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills & QualificationsAt least +6 months or 2 years of experience A strong portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and a track record of shipping successful products. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with a range of UX research methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
