Job Description

The User Experience Analyst is an entry-level role where you will learn about and contribute to the research, analysis, and design of digital products and systems. You will collaborate with Product and Technology colleagues to create innovative and intuitive digital products that provide the best user experience and usability to our clients. Our team engages in various activities, from discovery and research to the management of design systems and the delivery of interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Your primary goal will be to research and design streamlined, intuitive, consistent, accessible, great-looking, and easy-to-use products and solutions that meet our clients" needs. As a User Experience Analyst, you will participate in meetings with users, clients, product sponsors, and technology teams to understand project requirements. You will also contribute to UX research, IA design, user journeys, and persona creation while learning the importance of metrics/data in decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with users, stakeholders, business analysts, product managers, and development teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas and solutions. Testing to validate and inform design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, InVision, Axure, and the Adobe suite will be part of your responsibilities. You will apply a positive and constructive attitude to feedback, adhere to design standards and best practices, and ensure designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility. To succeed in this role, you should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail & analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, basic experience with design tools, or a willingness & ability to learn quickly, and a keen interest in banking or finance. HTML/CSS development skills, a Bachelor's/University degree, or equivalent experience are also required. As a User Experience Analyst, you will stay updated with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools while providing ongoing support to development teams and conducting regular UX review checkpoints.
