Location/Division Specific Information

This UX Designer role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Customer Channels Group (CCG).

As a UX Designer, you will be involved in developing and improving user-focused digital experiences that empower both customers and internal partners.

A day in the Life:

• Develop user-centered digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital tools that support customer interactions and service delivery.
• Employ user research and usability testing to validate development decisions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Building, Human–Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX or interaction composition.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional product development environments.
• Proficiency in building and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Solid grasp of responsive and adaptive development principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with build systems and accessibility standards.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role operates in a typical office environment. Flexibility to work in an agile and dynamic workplace is essential.
