UX Designer

As a user experience designer at our company, your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. You will use a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience. Your responsibilities will include researching customers, competitors, and products, developing personas, scenarios, and user stories, working with stakeholders to identify requirements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, implementing usability testing, designing for accessibility standards, and maintaining usability documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to ensure product quality, work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success, and ensure that products are tested with customers and validated against business goals.
