UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for executing on the product designs from inception to completion. You will be required to present and effectively communicate your designs to the team and the broader organization to garner consensus around your concepts. Your role will involve creating wireframes, visually appealing mockups, impressive prototypes, and assisting in the implementation of your designs with meticulous attention to detail. Testing, learning, and iterative improvements will be key aspects of your responsibilities. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaboration with the Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams will be essential to ensure alignment and successful execution of design objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a portfolio showcasing strong visual and UX design skills in the development of large-scale, complex systems. Proficiency in producing functional prototypes, along with a deep understanding and empathy towards users, will be highly valued. A sense of humor, humility, and curiosity are qualities that we appreciate in our team members. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, along with formal education in Design, Interaction/UX Design. Additionally, having a minimum of 2 years of design management experience will be advantageous.
