UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about user-centered design, problem-solving, and creating seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design user-friendly interfaces.
  

• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve design solutions.
  

• Ensure design consistency and maintain brand/design guidelines across platforms.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business goals.
  

• Stay updated on UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.

• Willing to learn new skills, technologies and tools to contribute more and grow.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work (academic projects, internships, or freelance accepted).

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Understanding of responsive design principles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Exposure to HTML/CSS/React for design handoff.

• Experience with motion/interaction design.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
