We’re looking for a UX Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and front-end engineering to create seamless, human-centric experiences for the next billion Web3 users.

Role & Responsibilities

As a UX Developer at Trikon, you will:

• Translate user research, wireframes, and design mockups into interactive, production-ready UIs.
• Build intuitive, chainless, and gasless Web3 experiences that hide technical complexity from users.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver polished, high-performance front-end interfaces.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect layouts across platforms.
• Contribute to and maintain Trikon’s design system & component library.
• Conduct user testing, A/B experiments, and usability reviews to continuously improve UX.
• Stay up to date with best practices in UX, Web3 onboarding flows, and agent-driven app design.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI development or front-end engineering.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks).
• Proven track record of building responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
• Experience integrating with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, wallet SDKs) is a plus.
• Understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and handoff workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech products.
• Contributions to design systems, open-source UI libraries, or front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, or gamified UX.
• Ability to code and design, bridging the gap between aesthetics and functionality.
