Job Description: We are hiring an experienced USA Education Counselor to guide students in securing admissions to Ivy League, STEM, and research-intensive universities (R1 & R2) . The candidate will manage student counseling, visa processing, and team leadership , ensuring 150+ successful student visas per intake . Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Enrollment Guide students on Common App, Early Decision (ED), university transfers, research funding, and assistantships . Team Management & Targets Lead a team of counselors, set admission & visa success goals , and ensure compliance with US admission & visa policies . Application & Research Admissions Assist with SOPs, LORs, research proposals , and optimize admissions for STEM & funded programs . Visa Processing & Compliance – Handle F-1, J-1 visas, I-20 documentation, visa interview training, and OPT/CPT policies . University Partnerships & Networking – Collaborate with R1-R2 universities, AIRC, NAFSA, and ICEF to strengthen university relations. Marketing & Lead Generation – Conduct webinars, university fairs, and awareness programs for study abroad aspirants. Performance Analysis – Track visa success rates, admission trends, and student placements . Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in USA admissions & visa processing . Strong knowledge of Ivy League, R1-R2 research universities, STEM-designated programs . Expertise in Common App, UCAS, visa regulations, and scholarship allocations . Proven track record of managing student enrollments & visa success . Familiarity with NAFSA, AIRC, SEVP compliance, and university collaborations . Excellent counseling, leadership, and communication skills .
