US Specialist - Recruitment

• Post open positions on job boards globally.
• Formulate a methodology to determine the best sourcing strategy per job such as: Job Posting, Social Outreach, Employee Referral, Manager Co-Sourcing, Email Campaigns and others.
• Liaison with service line managers to understand and create appropriate job descriptions.
• Shortlist potential interested/suitable candidates.
• Monitor and administer Elevate HRMS globally.
• Manage Elevate recruitment workflow tool by updating candidates recruitment status, sending email notifications, scheduling interviews with stakeholders, creating evaluation forms for different positions, etc.
• Draft offer letters and related contracts for selected candidates.

• 4+ years experience in the LPO/BPO/KPO sector
• Min 2 years in a recruiting/sourcing role Experience in working on job portals like Indeed, Monster, Simply Hired etc.
• CRM and sourcing plan development Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Applicant tracking systems Recruitment portals HRMS like Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, etc. Recruitment management tools like The Resumator, Recruiter Box, Monster.com, etc.

• Any graduate or equivalent experience MBA HR preferred.
