Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Non-IT HR Recruiter to join our Hair Transplant Clinic's HR team. As a Non-IT HR Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clinic.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent for non-IT roles, including clinical, administrative, and support staff.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
3. Interviews: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
4. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences.
