Job Description

Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring needs by partnering with leadership and hiring managers.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and international portals.
Manage recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer closure, and onboarding.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure up-to-date recruitment dashboards.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
Execute campus hiring and internship programs.
Drive online hiring strategies, including employer branding and digital outreach.

Key Skills

Talent sourcing & headhunting (domestic + international).
Interviewing, assessment, and negotiation.
Proficiency in ATS & HR tech tools (Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
Strong online hiring skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, virtual interviews).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Data-driven approach: tracking time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire.
Remote onboarding & documentation handling.
Employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (domestic + international hiring preferred).
Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and social media hiring.
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with global hiring practices is a plus.
