Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and expand into potential markets across Europe, Latin America, SARC countries, and key RoW regions . Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and regulatory partners . Drive business for Finished Formulations , with an additional focus on leveraging API and DC opportunities. Develop and manage a strong channel partner and distributor network in target markets. Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations, dossier submissions, and compliance . Identify and introduce new products aligned with market needs and trends. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas customers. Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends for strategic decision-making. Coordinate with production, QA/QC, supply chain, and R&D to ensure smooth order execution. Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events . Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management. Focus on profitable growth while balancing volumes and cost structures. Explore opportunities in global tenders and institutional business . Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve collective goals. Proven expertise in Finished Dosage Formulations ; API/DC background a plus. Strong network and understanding of target global markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
