Inventory management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods to ensure accurate stock levels.
Record keeping:
Maintain precise records using an inventory management system for all store transactions and stock statements.
GMP and SOP adherence:
Ensure the store operates in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Documentation:
Manage all relevant documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), daily and monthly reports, and handling changes, deviations, and retesting schedules.
Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments such as quality control, purchase, and production to ensure timely material availability and smooth operations.
Stock control:
Conduct regular stock checks, perform stock reconciliation, and manage the process for handling damaged, expired, or rejected materials.
Dispatch:
Prepare packing lists and dispatch plans for finished goods.
