Warehouse Officer

As a Store/Warehouse Personnel at our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that incoming materials are properly checked against challan and unloaded as per SOP - Mixing incoming materials with existing stock only after approval from the quality control department - Maintaining the store/warehouse and finished goods area clean and presentable for audit - Following good documentation practices and safety instructions while working in the store/warehouse - Arranging raw materials and packing material in stores according to status (e.g. under test, approved, rejected, quarantine) - Dispensing material as per material issue slip with wearing safety equipment and following SOP - Checking and verifying daily records of store/warehouse and preparing/maintaining all related records - Providing training to store/warehouse personnel for safe handling of chemicals, calibration, warehouse cleaning, and performing activities as per approved procedures - Following up with the Purchase and Commercial department for disposal of nonmoving, obsolete, and rejected raw and packing materials - Preparing packing lists and dispatch plans for finished goods and coordinating dispatch - Taking responsibility for all engineering store-related tasks In addition to the responsibilities, this full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
