Job Description

Order processing, invoicing, arranging shipments with transporters, communication with Regional offices generating e-waybills, coordination with the 3PL, inventory checks.

Attending audit quries and preparing audit records. Mainting of shipment records.
Monitoring of shipment details updataion in BPCS.

Verifiying vendor Bills for payment process.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

Graduation in any discipline; Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of warehousing and invoicing.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in using ERPWMS systems and MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and organizational ability.
