We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for the organization.
-Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening and aligning interviews.
-Bulk hiring and target driven.
-Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
-Maintain and update the candidate database.
-Coordinate offer letters, background verification, and joining formalities.
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
