Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for EPC and construction projects, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across engineering, project management, and site functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical EPC roles.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of project and corporate positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
3-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC/construction industry.
Strong understanding of technical positions (civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, QA/QC, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
