Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for EPC and construction projects, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across engineering, project management, and site functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical EPC roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely closure of project and corporate positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
  • Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
  • 3-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC/construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical positions (civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, QA/QC, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
