Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Procurement of project materials including Transformers, Cables, GIS, CRP/SCADA Vendor development and management for RE, Substation & Transmission Line projects Preparation of RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, supplier negotiations & approvals End-to-end contract management and coordination with Finance for timely payments Ensure on-time delivery of materials to project sites through coordination with project teams Familiarity with inspection processes of PGCIL, Electricity Boards, and private clients Manage imports, exports, LC documentation, and Incoterms Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and materials used in RE and substation projects Costing and budgeting of project materials Experience in SAP (MM Module) and MS Office tools Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in EPC or RE project procurement Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Desired Candidate Profile: Prior experience in procurement for EPC/RE/Substation/T&D projects is a must Strong vendor network and understanding of inspection & logistics processes Apply To: Email: hrsupportkol@sterlingwilson.com Subject Line: Application for Procurement T&D (Kolkata)
