Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Workday roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and project requirements.
• Use various platforms such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
• Evaluate resumes and applications for alignment with role requirements.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate experience, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and regularly update hiring trackers and reports.
