Job Title: US Sales Executive Work Mode: Hybrid Location: India Role Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Mindtel. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities. Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed. Utilize CRM software to track sales leads and customer information. Contribute ideas for improving product offerings and sales tactics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the US market. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in conducting market research and analysis. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs. Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Interest in continuous learning and professional development. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
