Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across diverse industries in the US market. This position requires excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Administrative, etc.).

• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Negotiate salary rates, extend offers, and close candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with client/company hiring policies.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter.

• Strong understanding of US staffing, hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and employment laws.

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.

• Excellent sourcing skills with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift IST).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management Systems).

• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
