US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Use Boolean search techniques effectively to identify potential candidates.
• Perform active sourcing through social networks, job boards, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications.
• Format resumes as per client standards before submission.
• Coordinate with Account Managers / Delivery Managers on client requirements and priorities.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and internal databases.
• Manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate follow-up.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Standard Time: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Daylight Saving Time : 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM
• Working days: 5 days working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• US recruiter: 1 year (Preferred)

• Night Shift (Required)
