Job Title: US Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US job market, recruitment processes, and employment laws. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent across various industries and job roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for positions across the US region.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers, salary, and other terms with candidates.
• Must understand difference between W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099 etc.
• Knowledgeable about different US Visas like H1B, E3, GC, GCEAD, and TN.
• Willing to handle Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Updating Status reports in Project Management System to keep track of the projects.
• Sending daily status reports to designated Customers & point of contacts.

Skills/Qualification Required:

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruiting in any industry segment.
• American Accent is mandatory.
• Must have good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
