US Recruiter

As a US Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent from various industries and job roles across the US region. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and recruiting candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc. - Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates" qualifications. - Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates. - Coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams. - Managing the full recruitment life cycle and maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Negotiating offers, salary, and other terms with candidates. - Having a good understanding of different employment types like W2, C2C, 1099, and various US Visas. - Handling Contract, Permanent, and Contract to Hire positions. - Updating status reports in the Project Management System and sending daily status reports to designated customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate. - Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruiting in any industry segment. - Proficiency in American Accent is mandatory. - Good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
