What You’ll Do: -
Manage full-cycle recruitment for international markets -Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals & strategic mapping -Conduct screening for skills, intent & cultural fit -Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers & ensure smooth closures.- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders globally
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication & stakeholder management skills -Experience in US IT & Non-IT staffing -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment -Proactive, organised & high on ownership
