Overview

• Hiring motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters for end-to-end hiring operations
• Role is remote, but candidates must be located in

  Noida or Bhopal / Narmadapuram nearby regions

• Ideal for freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience
• Opportunity to work in

  US Shift / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
• Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels for sourcing
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work in

  US Shift / Night Shift

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools (preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred Skills

• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Familiarity with job portals like
