Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a leading autism therapy provider based in Durham, North Carolina, offering high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a warm, family-centered setting. As we continue to expand across multiple US locations, we are growing our recruitment team to bring in exceptional clinical talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter – Healthcare & ABA Staffing to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles. This role focuses on sourcing top BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians while partnering closely with hiring managers to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire qualified BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians across US locations.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and ABA/healthcare job boards to maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize open roles.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Mentor junior recruiters on ABA and healthcare-specific recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, activity logs, and pipeline reports.
• Stay updated on ABA industry trends, licensing requirements, and competitive hiring practices.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience aligned with AutismCOE’s mission and values.

Requirements

• 1+ year of US recruitment experience, preferably within ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, mental health, or core healthcare roles, including RNs, CNAs, CMAs, and LVN/LPNs.
• Proven experience recruiting clinical professionals, such as BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to handle multiple roles independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters is an advantage.
• Availability to work US hours (India night shift).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
