Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare roles across the US. Understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates through various job portals, databases, and networking. Communicate effectively with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. Work closely with the recruiting team to meet client hiring needs and deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome). Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Willingness to work onsite in Pune . Flexible to work in US time zones (night shifts) . Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
