Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for

  IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare

  roles across the US.
• Understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates through various job portals, databases, and networking.
• Communicate effectively with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to meet client hiring needs and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in

  any stream

  (Freshers welcome).

• Excellent English communication skills

  – verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to

  work onsite in Pune

  .
• Flexible to work in

  US time zones (night shifts)

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
