Role Description

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter for a full-time on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, source top talent, and ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities may include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of IT and Telecom domains, with the ability to evaluate technical skills and qualifications.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, applicant tracking systems, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
