US Recruiter

Job Title: US Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic US Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US-based clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions from US clients
• Source candidates through job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offers
• Learn and work on US recruitment processes, time zones, and compliance
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift)
• Training will be provided
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication
• Strong learning attitude and career interest in recruitment
