Role Overview: As an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter for the Canada/USA recruitment process, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities for international clients based in Canada and the USA. This night shift position is ideal for individuals comfortable with working during night hours and passionate about recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canada/USA processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various channels. - Conduct initial telephonic interviews, assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. - Coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process. - Follow-up with candidates through the interview process, keeping them engaged and informed. - Achieve recruitment targets and deadlines within required timelines. - Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the organization professionally. Qualification Required: - Experience: 1.5 to 2 years in HR with a focus on international hiring. - Language: English proficiency preferred. - Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh. - Shift availability: Night Shift required.
