Job Title: Recruiter (US Shift / Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various technical and non-technical roles
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from requirement intake to offer closure
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to identify top talent
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and clients
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate documentation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work in

  US Shift / Night Shift

• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (freshers also welcome)
• Knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.
