Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing using SAP / ADP Only
Good knowledge of US Payroll compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.

Role & responsibilities

Handle complete US Payroll processing, including pre-payroll, processing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
Ensure compliance with US tax laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related issues.
Validate payroll inputs, deductions, and adjustments with utmost accuracy.
Resolve employee queries and manage escalations related to payroll.
Generate payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency.
