Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Engagement Specialist with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • End to End recruitment for IT Positions across various technologies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking)
  • Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation and orientation process.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle Employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution in alignment with companies policies.


Key Skill & Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master degree In HR or related Field.
  • Strong Knowledge of US IT Recruitment.
  • 2 + Years of experience US IT Staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate recruitment Challenge

Exp:- 1 to 4 years

Locations :- Hyderabad

Immediate Joiners are Highly Considered

Shift Timings :6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift)
