Job description :

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist who has previously worked for IT consulting/Staffing companies. Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks.

Experience required in performing following tasks. We would consider freshers who has the zeal to learn and perform quickly, with good communication skills.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

3 - 9 years of experience in Onboarding or H.R Admin or experience in any Staffing admin role.
Experience working with Quick Books ADP / HRIS and MS Office would be an added advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
Need to handle the onboarding documents like I9 forms and other HR related documents.
Benefits to employees enrollments, confirmations, cancellations must be handled.
Handling employee queries on inbound / outbound calls.
Handling worker compensation reports.

Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Salary: DOE on Full time basis

Timings: EST Timings MondayFriday (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)
