US Onboarding Specialist

Job Title:

We are hiring a US Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding and compliance processes for US-based healthcare and IT consultants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in documentation, candidate coordination, and working with US clients/vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete onboarding lifecycle for US consultants (W2/C2C).
  
• Collect, verify, and process onboarding documents (I-9, W4, ID proofs, certifications, background-check forms).
  
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, payroll, and internal teams.
  
• Maintain updated onboarding records in ATS/CRM.
  
• Ensure 100% compliance with US onboarding guidelines.
  
• Follow up for pending documents and generate weekly/monthly onboarding reports.
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in US onboarding, HR coordination, or compliance.
  
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, I-9, E-Verify, and background-check processes.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and onboarding/ATS systems.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US night-shift environment.
