Position Overview:

We are hiring for US Recruiter, Senior US Recruiter, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a passion for recruitment and exceptional communication skills to join a dynamic team.

Key Details:

Job Title: US Recruiter / Senior US Recruiter & SME

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 9 LPA

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Night Shift (US hours) Shift timing-8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Working Days: 5 days per week

Off Days: 2 rotational offs

Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay updated on US labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in US recruitment, with expertise in handling senior-level roles (SME level for relevant candidates).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
