Job Description: US Recruiter / Senior US Recruiter & SME Position Overview: We are hiring for US Recruiter, Senior US Recruiter, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a passion for recruitment and exceptional communication skills to join a dynamic team. Key Details: Job Title: US Recruiter / Senior US Recruiter & SME Salary Range: 3 LPA to 9 LPA Location: Gurgaon Shift: Night Shift (US hours) Shift timing-8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Working Days: 5 days per week Off Days: 2 rotational offs Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on US labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective recruitment practices. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in US recruitment, with expertise in handling senior-level roles (SME level for relevant candidates). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
