Job Description

As an experienced Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT recruitment, you will be responsible for various key aspects of the recruitment process. Your role will involve: - Conducting the full Life Cycle of Recruiting, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, handling non-technical queries and interviews, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until candidates join. - Working on MSP/VMS model and having US Staffing experience specifically with Direct clients on W2. - Dealing exclusively with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. - Utilizing recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. - Understanding both technical and non-technical requirements and submitting consultant profiles promptly. - Demonstrating a successful sales record in the U.S. Staffing industry. - Possessing strong Negotiating skills for finalizing rates/salaries. - Working collaboratively as a team player, maintaining and expanding the candidate database. - Thriving in an independent and fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. - Understanding the various requirements of clients and providing qualified resources. - Sourcing and screening potential candidates through Internal Systems, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within specified time frames. - Ensuring a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. - Meeting recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with operations and other stakeholders. - Engaging in regular interactions and meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, strategies, evaluations, offers, hires, and future needs. Your skills should include: - Minimum 1-4 years of hiring experience in IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT recruitment with direct clients. - Strong drive with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Education: - A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
