US Non IT / BP Recruiter

As a Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Your expertise in working with the MSP/VMS model and US Staffing will be essential in sourcing talent for Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Non-IT, BP, BFSI, Marketing, and Creative roles. You will be responsible for engaging with Direct clients on W2 experience and dealing with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Utilizing various recruitment techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based tools will be key to identifying top talent in the industry. Your success in the U.S. Staffing sector will be evident in your proven sales record and strong negotiating skills in finalizing rates and salaries. Collaboration is vital as you work as a team player to screen, maintain, and build the candidate database. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and understand the technical/non-technical requirements of clients will ensure timely submission of qualified profiles. Meeting recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining regular interactions with team members and business unit heads will be crucial in achieving recruitment goals. To excel in this role, you should have 1-4 years of experience in hiring for IT, Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, Business Professional, BFSI, and Non-IT roles with direct clients. Strong communication skills, a drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment are essential qualities for success. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
