Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter Location: Sector-57, Noida (Onsite) Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) | 5 Days working , Weekends Off (SaturdaySunday) Experience: 1 to 3+ Years Education: BCA/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) Role & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and ATS tools. Coordinated interviews, salary negotiations, and client interactions. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions. Preferred Candidate Profile: 6 months to 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong understanding of US hiring processes, tax terms (W-2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H-1B, GC, OPT, etc.). Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
