About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape and a proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technical talent to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other innovative methods.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy).
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Network Engineers, IT Security etc.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruiting for both permanent and contract positions.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools and remote hiring processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
